Meet Dr. Nilfa Collins

Dr. Nilfa loves what she does and hopes her passion for dentistry radiates with her patients.  With her soothing manner, she strives to give children the best experience possible with hopes she can inspire her patients to love going to the dentist, and maybe even become one someday!

Dr. Nilfa’s goal is to provide the finest in Pediatric Dentistry in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere for your child.  Through continuing education courses, Dr. Nilfa is current on the latest findings and most up-to-date procedures in dentistry for her young patients.  Dr. Nilfa enjoys combining her creative personality with classic behavior management techniques to form trusting relationships and treat children effectively.

Dr Nilfa received her D.M.D. degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine and completed her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Dental School (UMDNJ-NJDS), which is now part of Rutgers University, where she trained in advanced diagnostic and surgical procedures, child psychology and clinical management, oral pathology, child related pharmacology, radiology, child development, management of oral/facial trauma, care for patients with special needs, and conscious sedation.

Dr. Nilfa also maintains hospital privileges to treat some her younger patients with extensive dental needs or patients that have an extremely difficult time accepting treatment in a traditional dental setting.

In her free time, Dr. Nilfa enjoys spending time with her husband, John, and their six Yorkies.  Having moved to the Monadnock Region 6 years ago from Nashua, NH, Dr. Nilfa enjoys exploring her new surroundings, hiking, visiting local farms, and trying new recipes!


Dr. Nilfa is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD), the American Dental Association (ADA) and the New Hampshire Dental Society.
